We work with Echo Logistics and its transportation partners to ship all of our stores. Once your most roofed shipment leaves our warehouse in Los Angeles, we'll send you an email with your shipper's contact information and a tracking number (called a “PRO number”). Read the return exception at the end of this section. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, new.
It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds do not apply if there is any normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. You'll also have to pay for the return shipping to the warehouse, unless it comes with a defect. In addition, there is a 20% restocking fee if you decide you want a return, and you'll have to pay for return shipping, unless of course the store or item has a manufacturing defect.
If 30 days have passed since the shipping date, unfortunately we can't offer you a return, refund or exchange. If the order has already been shipped and the customer still wants to cancel it, a 20% restocking fee will be charged plus the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse from which it was shipped. You will cover the shipping costs back to the warehouse. If you paid the shipping costs for us to ship the item to you, those shipping costs will NOT be refunded, only the price of the item, minus the 20% restocking fee.
If you decide that after purchasing one of our products you want a return, for any reason other than quality and craftsmanship, a 20% restocking fee will apply and you will have to cover the shipping costs to return the item. Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer, but proceed to first contact Off Road Tents and then follow the steps mentioned above to request a return. An order is considered shipped the moment we send you an email with the tracking number. Note that carrier websites can take up to 72 hours to update tracking information, but if the tracking email is sent, it's because the carrier picked up the item.
Shipping costs for off-road tents will not be refunded to the customer. Our shipping times range from 3 to 180 days, depending on the product and brand, and some take longer to ship. If this is the case, we will contact you, inform you and offer you a possibility or a solution. See below for the estimated shipping time for each manufacturer.
For custom orders, shipping times may vary and we don't have exact shipping times. Once your order is signed at the point of delivery, the package becomes your property and therefore our liability ends with regard to shipping damage. All processed refunds will be refunded to your original payment method and can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Roofnest is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during return shipping.
If we haven't received the product, or if it arrives damaged since they left your possession, your return request may be rejected. You can also ask them to take detailed photos of their purchases to make sure Roofnest shipped the correct items. Off Road Tents is proud to partner with ShipTection, a leader in package tracking and protection solutions. Keep in mind that there are personal shopper services that can help you shop at any store, including Roofnest, even if they block or don't ship freight forwarders.
If you purchased a roof tent, trailer, drawer kit, cargo carrier, or oversized roof rack (roof bars K9, Gobi, CBI), IT WILL SHIP WITH AN LTL CARRIER. And once they have received your shipment from Roofnest, you can also access the tracking information for your delivery through the customer account. After your Roofnest order arrives at MyUS, it will take 1 to 2 days (except weekends and holidays) processing your order. If you've tried to place an order with Roofnest in the U.S.
UU. or the United Kingdom, then you know that they may not offer international shipping to all countries. Order Cancellations: Off Road Tents charges a 3.75% fee if the customer decides to cancel the order after 48 hours of placing it and if it hasn't been shipped. But because MyUS applies weight-based pricing instead of dimension-based pricing, you'll know exactly how much shipping will cost before you make your purchase from Roofnest.
